About Light Strength

Light nicotine pouches UK (8mg)

Light nicotine pouches are the best place to start if you're new to pouches or prefer a gentle hit. Every pouch here is 8mg, from FUMI (Blackcurrant, Tangy Apple, Fiery Mango and more), Nordic Spirit (Raspberry, Forest Berries) and VELO Bright Spearmint.

Start with one pouch and see how it feels. If 8mg feels too mild after a week or two, move up to our medium nicotine pouches (10mg to 12.8mg).

Which light pouch is cheapest?

FUMI, at £2.99 a can or £2.89 a can in packs of 5 or 10.
