CUBA nicotine patches or pouches?
Lots of people search for "CUBA nicotine patches", but CUBA is a nicotine pouch brand. Patches are licensed stop-smoking medicines (NRT) that stick on your skin. CUBA pouches are consumer nicotine products that you place under your top lip. They are very different: CUBA pouches are extra strong and are not a stop-smoking treatment. If you are looking for patches to help you quit, ask your pharmacist or see NHS Better Health: Quit smoking.
CUBA Black (43mg)
CUBA Black is the stronger range, at 43mg per pouch. It comes in black cans with a bold range of fruit and ice flavours:
Apple Juice · Banana Hit · Black Currant · Blackberry · Blueberry · Cola · Grape · Ice Spearmint · Mango · Pineapple · Raspberry · Tropical Fruit · Watermelon
CUBA Ninja (30mg)
CUBA Ninja is a little lighter at 30mg per pouch, but still extra strong:
Ice Cool · Mint Fresh · Orange · Pinacolada · Strawberry
Browse both ranges in our CUBA collection.

Who is CUBA for?
CUBA is only for experienced adult nicotine users who already use strong pouches regularly and find 16–20mg too light. If you are new to pouches, or you are switching from cigarettes, start much lower: our 8mg and 10–12.8mg pouches are the right place to begin.
Using a pouch this strong when you are not used to it can cause dizziness, nausea, sweating or a racing heart. If that happens, take the pouch out and sit down. Keep cans away from children and pets: if a child swallows a pouch, call NHS 111, or 999 if they are unwell.
Is CUBA snus?
No. Snus contains tobacco and can't legally be sold in the UK. CUBA pouches are tobacco-free nicotine pouches, though very strong ones.
